LHR Thursday 3/27/25 (route #14)

Come join the Low Heart Rate (LHR) ride.

Perfect for some low intensity miles, Get to know other AV riders & work on your group riding skills. The pace will be approximately 15 mph on flat roads.

New riders are welcome and encouraged!

ANNOUNCEMENT! - The LHR will be moving to a 5:00 pm start time on April 3rd. It will remain at this start time until somewhere around mid September when we start running out of daylight.

Non - Members:
Alto Velo welcomes non-members to join us on our rides. However, non-members must have a Waiver on file with the club.

The AV LHR Ride offers a Low Heart Rate/recovery ride at a moderate pace compared to other Alto Velo rides. Group riding skills & communication in a supportive controlled peloton are emphasized. We aim to keep the group together throughout the entire ride.
